TERMS AND CONDITION
Booking
All services should be booked through
Majestic Mandalay Tourism Services Co,. Ltd.
Tour price
Tour price quoted are nett in US
Dollars. All prices are subject to change without prior
notice.
Payment
A full payment by bank remittance is
required within 30 days after confirmation or at least
14 days prior to the arrival of the clients, in case of
the reservations confirmed less than 30 days ahead of
the tour.
Payment can be made by swift transfer to
Myanma Investment and Commercial
Bank,
170/176 Merchant Street, Yangon, Myanmar,
Detail procedure for payment transfer will be provided
in due course.
Services shall not be provided unless
payment reached us prior to the arrival of the clients.
Cancellation
Cancellation shall be effective on
the day of the written notice is received. Cancellation
fees are as mentioned hereunder:

| 44 to 21 days prior to arrival |
- 30% of the tour price |
| 20 to 7 days prior to arrival |
- 50% of the tour price |
| Less than 7 days or no show |
- 80% of the tour price |
Package Tour
Package tour includes meeting and
assistance by our tour guide on arrival and transfer,
porterage for maximum two pieces per person, city
sightseeing and excursion, hotel accommodation, either
on Full Board or Bed and Breakfast basic according to
the cost.
Guide Services
Cost of services provided by the
accompanied guide throughout the tours will be included.
All transfers and sightseeing tours are escorted by
local guides.
Accommodation
Accommodation will be provided at the
standard hotel or upon request of our clients.
Meals
Daily breakfast will be provided at
the hotel. Lunch and dinner will be provided at the
standard Chinese restaurants for Full Board customer.
Refund of unused services
After the commencement of tour, no
refund either in full or in part will be given, for
unutilized services included in the programme.
Responsibility

Majestic Mandalay Tourism
Services Co,. Ltd acts only as agents for the person
or companies providing accommodation,
transportations, or other services, and assume no
liability or responsibility for any loss, damage,
injury, accident to person or property, delays,
transport failure, strikes, war or other causes
beyond its control. The original programme may be
modified or changed or reversed and the substitution
of train/coach services may take place of flights
when due to unforeseen circumstances.
